The Nose Hurts After Taking In Water While Swimming?
Excuse me … I want to ask that all of this really helped me. So like this in the past, I never felt this way and this is very recent for me. So every time I bow for too long or sleep to the left or right for too long there my nose feels like a nose-aching pain that gets in the water while swimming again. Really sick until I sometimes do not make you long down. That’s why what’s wrong with my nose? Is there a solution so that I don’t feel pain like that anymore? Thank you, waiting for your reply🙏❤
Hello Wenny, thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Let me introduce myself, Dr. Rio will try to answer your question.
Based on the complaints you mentioned, the occurrence of pain, or excessive emphasis on the face that is felt when the position of lying or lying down can be caused by many things, namely:
Sinusitis - inflammation that occurs in the sinus cavities on the face.
Rhinitis - inflammation of the nasal cavity.
Migraine - complaints of one-sided headaches, which occur at any time.
Of the several possibilities above there are similarities in symptoms between one disease with another disease. Besides these three diseases can be interconnected between one another. Chronic rhinitis will trigger accumulation of secretions in the sinus cavity. The buildup can lead to bacterial infections, so the sinuses will become inflamed and sinusitis develops. If the sinus cavity is filled, there will be pressure that can trigger migraines.
In handling the case, a doctor must conduct a direct examination. The doctor will conduct a direct physical examination by placing pressure on the area where the sinus cavity is located, and if the sinus suspicion is strong, then a rongen head / CT scan can be performed to see the severity of the sinusitis.
Right now what you can do is:
Enough rest will relieve your symptoms.
Avoid cough and cold infections for a while because it will worsen your condition.
Use a mask when traveling out
Avoid exposure to substances that can cause allergies such as dust, drinks and certain foods.
Immediately the doctor to check yourself.
So the answers from me, hopefully give an overview.
Thank you :)
