Thank you for the question.
Pain around the head of the penis, especially when you have an erection and ejaculation, may be related to the shape of your penis that is tilted to the right. In the medical realm, this condition is called Peyronie's disease. This condition occurs when scar tissue forms scar tissue that causes the penis to be pulled to one side, and this causes pain, especially during erections and ejaculations. The exact cause of Peyronie's disease is unknown. However, injuries to the penis, which can be related to sex, exercise, excessive masturbation, to certain accidents, strongly trigger it. This condition is prone to occur if you basically do have a congenital disorder related to connective tissue.
In addition to Peyronie's disease, your condition may also be associated with balanitis, balanoposthitis, sexually transmitted infections, urinary tract stones, priapism, and so on.
If indeed this condition makes you feel very uncomfortable, it is better to check yourself directly to a doctor or a specialist in urology surgery. In this way, the best treatment for your condition can certainly be determined, whether enough with drugs, surgery, or what.
At present, what can be done is:
Keep the penis clean
Avoid activities that are at risk of causing your penis to be injured, including not being accustomed to masturbating or not using pants that are too tight
Don't like to hold back urination
Don't force the tilted penis forcefully
ONLY do healthy and responsible sexual activities
Hope this helps ...
