Hello Reivatin, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Looking at the symptoms that you are complaining about now, these symptoms may be symptoms of certain diseases such as gonorrhea, bacterial infections other than gonorrhea (non gonococcal urethritis), chlamydial infections, inflammation of the penis head (balanitis), and others. Some possibilities that quite often occur you can read more in the following article: pus out of the penis. To find out exactly the cause of discharge of pus from the penis, you are advised to check with a specialist skin and genitals to get an examination (blood tests, examination of pus that comes out of the penis to determine the germ causes, and maybe some other tests as indicated) and also treatment appropriate in accordance with the germ and the diagnosis of the cause of the complaint to you.
Regarding the symptoms that you feel are still not getting better, it can also be influenced by a number of things such as your disease that does not require doxycycline antibiotics as you consume, the germs that cause your complaints are not sensitive (can not be destroyed) by these antibiotics, dosage errors and some other things. Therefore, it is not advisable to take drugs, especially antibiotics without doctor's advice because the use of these drugs must meet certain indications and conditions before being given. For now stop using the drug and immediately consult your situation to the doctor, because if a complaint has lasted a long time can cause other long-term effects such as infections that spread to the kidneys or testicles, scar tissue in the urinary tract, and others.
You can also read more information about doxycycline drugs in the following article: doxycycline (doxycyline).
I hope this helps.
