Good evening, thanks for the question
There is a term known as psychosomatic. Psychosomatic is a physical disorder that is suspected to be caused by psychological factors such as stress or excessive anxiety. The cause of the emergence of physical complaints is not known with certainty medically. However, if a physical examination is done generally there are no significant abnormalities accompanied by a history of psychological disorders that are quite dominant. In terms of symptoms that are felt are sometimes not as typical as in the actual disease.
To divert excessive anxiety you can try to find your busy life or do your hobbies and hobbies, or do relaxation and meditation exercises. Meanwhile you should also do a voluntary HIV check by going to the VCT program (voluntary, counseling, and testing) at the hospital for interviews, counseling and also HIV testing.
That's all, hope you can help
