The Problem Of Not Moving Your Fingers Upwards?

Hello Mrs. Azizah,
Painful elbows can be caused by problems with muscles, bones, or nerves. Pain can occur due to muscle tension due to fatigue in carrying or breastfeeding, muscle tension for example due to wrong position, tendinitis (inflammation of the tendons), injury, or problems with bones and joints such as infection / joint inflammation, fractures or dislocations. Nerve problems such as pain throughout the body after childbirth can occur due to the influence of hormones, but usually not in one joint.
You should check your elbow to the doctor to determine the cause. Some joint pain does not require special treatment and can be relieved by rest, cold compresses, or over-the-counter pain relievers such as paracetamol. Given that you have recently given birth, avoid taking medication unless recommended by a doctor.
