Can you or not .. I can’t use Spirulina mask .. can I use facial soap in the morning or not?

1 Answer:

Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com

Basically when you use any face mask at night (including spirulina masks), you should wash your face after 15-20 minutes. Masks are not recommended for silence overnight because it can cause dry skin or even irritate the skin. Therefore if you really wear a mask from the night and leave it on until morning, you definitely have to wash your face.

Washing your face is recommended to be done 2 times a day, morning and night before going to bed. Make sure you choose a soap that is soft and suitable for your skin type. Wash your face with warm water and rub gently (no need to rub too hard). You should not use soap containing scrubs every day. Using a facial scrub is only recommended to do 2-3 times a week.

So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
