The Right Hand Feels Weak, Aching Joints And Elbows Are Often Dislocated?
Hello good night, I want to ask my right hand often feels lemper almost every day and it feels aching in my joints, even at night when I was sleeping suddenly my elbows sprained when I was sleeping, that’s how yes there are problems with my arms thank you.
Thank you for the question.
Need to be clarified, what does the term "lemper" you mentioned mean? Is it limp?
The hand that feels weak, the joints ache and the elbows are often dislocated can indicate some of the following conditions:
Other factors, such as viral or bacterial infections, peripheral neuropathy, neurotropic nutrition, muscle cramps, tendinitis, multiple sclerosis, metabolic disorders, brain tumors, psychological disorders, etc.
The above conditions are dangerous, some are not. Ascertaining exactly what factors that trigger your complaints is certainly not enough just to consult online like this. Ideally, you need to see yourself directly to a doctor or neurologist. It's just that, considering currently being outbreaks of COVID-19, if your complaint is mild, you should not rush to see a doctor so that your risk of contracting the disease can be minimized. Better, resolve your complaint independently by:
Improve your nutritional intake, drink more water and eat foods that are rich in calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamins B1, B6, and B12
Do not smoke
Regularly exercise for at least 30 minutes every day, especially sports to stretch and strengthen hand muscles
Apply a pain reliever to the aching and sprained hand
Wear comfortable clothes and never lift heavy objects using the hands that are experiencing complaints
If with the above efforts your complaint does not improve at all, or if your activity feels very disturbed by the complaint above, do not hesitate to go directly to the nearest health facility so that it is handled properly according to the cause huh.
I hope this helps.
