Good morning doc. I want to ask, according to the doctor, a good soap used to clean the Covid-19 virus in the body, what is that hand? Thank you

1 Answer:

Hello Grays,

Thank you for the question.

Corona virus (SARS Coronavirus-2) can enter the main body through the respiratory tract and mucous membranes. Therefore improving personal hygiene is a major factor in preventing this disease. With good personal hygiene, the potential for viruses to get into the body will be minimized, and therefore, your chances of getting sick are even smaller.

One step that can be done in improving personal hygiene to prevent viral infections (including Corona virus) is by bathing and washing hands with soap and running water. Any soap can actually be used to avoid this virus, be it antiseptic soap and various other soaps. You can choose a soap that does not make your skin inflamed (itchy, sore, reddish, peeling, smooth, swollen, blistering) to make it more comfortable to use. Instead of just focusing on the type of soap, make sure you wash your hands properly for at least 20 seconds and rinse them with running water to make them perfectly clean. Washing your hands should always be done, especially after contacting other people, contacting public objects that might be contaminated, handling dirt, getting out of the toilet, before and after eating, and every time you want to touch your face. For bathing too, you can do it every morning and evening, then rinse with a clean towel and do not exchange with others.

Hope this helps ...
