The Risk Of Drinking Cold Water Every Day?
hello, I want to ask, I rarely drink water in my daily life but lately the habit is in the process of being eliminated, but I can only drink water in warm and cold conditions (ice) but tend to drink cold water, so the question is do I drink cold water every day that has risks? or better I try to drink water with only room temperature? thank you
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically everyone is advised to drink water at least 2-3 liters a day (depending on your activity as well as the temperature around your environment). If you have a lot of physical activity and a lot of sweating, you do a lot of outdoor activities where the temperature is hot, much exposed to the sun, you will be advised to drink more water. The temperature of the water itself does not affect the benefits of drinking water for your body. You can drink water at room temperature, cold water, or warm water. Drinking cold water more often will not have a bad effect on your health. The more important thing is the amount of water you drink and also make sure the cleanliness of the water you drink.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
