Hello Muhammad Ihsan,
There are many types of wounds, one of which is the injury that occurs due to excessive friction on a rough object such as what happened to you. The wound itself will damage the outer skin tissue in the epidermis layer to the deeper skin layers, namely the dermis and subcutis layers depending on the severity of the wound.
In the dermis layer there are many blood vessels, nerves, hair pores, sweat glands and others so that if a wound occurs to this part it can cause bleeding, pain to numbness, peeling skin to baldness on the hairy part and other symptoms. When a wound occurs, it is necessary to immediately take care of the wound by:
Clean the wound from sticking dirt using clean running water or using an antiseptic solution Apply an antibiotic ointment to prevent infection and keep the wound moist.Cover the wound using sterile gauze and change it every day or if the gauze / bandage is wet or dirty Avoid using alcohol or hydrogen cleaning agents peroxide You can also take pain relievers if necessary, such as paracetamol. Check with your doctor if the wound is more severe or requires further treatment. At the time of injury, the skin layer will be covered by a layer of protein or fibrin or natural plaster of the dark skin which can harden so that the wound can look like not felt when touched. The healing of the wound itself varies depending on the wound care and the severity of the wound, so keep the wound clean properly, keep the wound clean and dry, avoid wounds from excessive sun exposure, eat nutritious food, meet fluid needs and perform regular wound care.
