1 Answer:

Hello Ahmad, Thank you for the question.

Do you know the cause of this swollen penis / scrotum? Swelling of the scrotum can be caused by various health conditions as follows:

Varicocele Hydrocele Orchitis Epididymitis A diminished testis (testicular atrophy) is a complication of orchitis and varicocele. Thus if you experience this condition, testicular atrophy is a complication that you experience. Handling of testicular atrophy depends on the cause. If testicular atrophy has occurred, in general this condition can not be returned to normal; but in some cases, if treatment is given as early as possible then the size of the testes can return to normal. You should consult with a urology specialist. The doctor will do an examination on you and conduct an ultrasound on your testicles to determine whether indeed this complaint is indeed caused by testicular atrophy.

Hopefully this information is useful.
