The Skin Feels Sore After Using Toner For The Face?
I keep my Wardah brand of milk cleanser and toner in the refrigerator. Then, when I used it my face felt sore. Is that a natural thing?
Hello Nisrina, thank you for your question
A stinging face as you mentioned above can be caused by various causes. Here are some of them:
You have dry skin, which is generally scaly and irritated easily
allergic reactions or irritation to facial care products, especially if this is your first time using a facial care product
there are sores on the skin, for example after a mosquito bite, pimples that burst
The first steps you can take:
For the time being, stop all facial products or cosmetics that have the potential to cause allergies or irritation
wash your face with clean water, avoid rubbing your face too hard, including when drying with a towel
if necessary, use a mild soap to wash the face, such as baby soap
use a skin moisturizer that has been proven to not cause problems on your skin, another alternative is to use an aloe vera or egg white mask
avoid skin care products that contain alcohol, including toners
If the complaint does not improve in 2-3 days, it is better to consult the nearest dermatologist for further treatment that is tailored to the skin condition and medical problems you are facing.
Hopefully this is useful
