Greetings HealthReplies.com,
Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Complaints of sadness, crying, self-injury, suicidal thoughts show symptoms that lead to depression. If during this time you feel sadness and often cry but do not know what is causing this complaint, then it is necessary to evaluate whether there are no problems or problems that have not been resolved and you are still settled in your mind and heart. All past events, painful events or your current desires that you cannot fulfill. All of these things can become a wedge in you, so that under certain conditions, everything feels awry, everything feels you are wrong and everything feels difficult to control; then indirectly your mood will be easily sad and tears may come down. therefore, identify all the problems that you think, know and believe that it is a problem for you, so that you realize and try to solve it or let it go.
When all things are not true and feelings of sadness continue to emerge and follow you in every busy and everyday, then your mental / psychological endurance will be reduced so that you are easily discouraged, all bad things and bad thoughts arise that eventually hurt yourself and thinking about suicide. All this if it has been a long time and started to affect you, then you should ask for professional help (psychiatrist / psychologist) to help you control this complaint.
The following conditions can trigger frequent complaints, such as:
1. lack of sleep
2. often encounter conflicts, both at home, work, or residence
3. Workloads that demand a lot
4. economic problems
5. health problems
All of this needs to be evaluated and identify yourself. Do many things affect you. Even if all this is a burden on you and has not yet been resolved, then you should let everything be right. With sincerity, anything that is not in accordance with reality can be well received in your life, of course keep trying positively.
If all of this is still difficult for you to do and all this is still bothering you, you should be able to consult directly with your psychiatrist or your psychologist. The doctor will conduct an interview related to your complaint, then a physical examination and supporting examination can be done to ensure there is no underlying disease, such as thyroid, heart disease, digestive disorders or nervous system disorders.
The results of the examination will be a reference for doctors in providing care and treatment. Thus, this complaint can be controlled properly.
Thus the info we can convey.
thanks.
