Hello Wijayadharma, Thank you for your question.
What color is the blood that comes out, is it bright red or dark red? Bloody bowel movements can be caused by various health conditions which are generally associated with bleeding in the digestive tract. Bloody bowel movements with dark red blood indicate bleeding in the upper digestive tract while bright red ones come from lower digestive tract bleeding. In general, bloody stools can be caused by:
gastric ulcer bleeding
Further examination by a doctor is needed to determine the exact cause of your complaint. You should immediately see a specialist in internal medicine. The doctor will ask more about this complaint as well as your medical history and examine you. The doctor will also carry out further tests such as blood tests, stool examinations, ultrasound, CT scan, endoscopy, or colonoscopy to find out the cause. After knowing the cause of your complaint from this examination, the new doctor can provide the most appropriate treatment for you.
Please do the following suggestions:
multiply the consumption of nutritious and high-fiber foods
consume more water
avoid consumption of food and drinks that are not kept clean
do a warm compress to relieve stomach pain
I hope this helps.
