The Swelling Under The Folds Of The Arms Doesn’t Go Away?
, I have been 3 years there like fat that appears under the right armpit. I’ve tried sports that focus on the arms but it doesn’t go away. It is more noticeable when the arm is not lifted (like excess fat sticking out), and when the arm is lifted it appears swollen. It doesn’t hurt unless you pinch your arm while sleeping on your right side, when you feel it / slightly press it it doesn’t hurt u0026amp; it feels like pressing just a lump of fat, not a lump, then when you are about to go on your period it is sometimes painful. What is this, is it dangerous and must be checked? Thank you in advance.
Hello good night, thanks for the question
Swelling or a tumor is one of the signs of inflammation in the tissues in the body. Other signs can include redness or rubor, pain or doloring, warmth to touch or heat, often present simultaneously when the tissue is exposed to acute injury. If the swelling you are referring to is not accompanied by the other signs of inflammation that have been mentioned above, then it is most likely not an inflammatory process.
The distribution of fat for each individual can differ depending on several factors including gender, genetics, hormone status, and type of activity. The distribution of body fat that is more in the upper body, such as abdominal circumference, tends to increase the risk of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.
To ascertain whether the complaints you are experiencing are obese or not, it is necessary to check the Body Mass Index. It is said to be overweight if it is more than 23.0 and classified as obese if it is more than 25.0.
If the exercise has not been improved, then make changes to your diet, namely eating small portions but often by reducing fat and calorie consumption, increasing physical exercise such as regular push ups.
That's all, hope you can help
