The Testis Feels Left Pain.?
Hello, like this. The last few weeks, my penis when erect for too long (vulnerable more than 20 minutes) / after my penis was sluggish in a state I did not ejaculate it was painful in the left testicle and the area around the lower abdomen. Also, my testicles are also felt that the left side is bigger (but I have symptoms of epididymitis, I haven’t checked it out yet) and the pain is already quite long. And I often feel it for a few days, because 4 days ago I had an erection (but not ejaculated) for more than an hour or so. What are these symptoms? Is it really possible epididymitis? Please help and thank you
Wa'alaikumsallam Aris, thank you for the question.
Based on the symptoms that you describe, it is also possible that you have inflammation of the testes or scrotum. Symptoms are usually in the form of pain in one or both testicles, testicular swelling, redness, pain in touch, pain during sexual intercourse or ejection, can be accompanied by fever, abnormal discharge from the urethra, or can also be accompanied by symptoms of urinary tract infections. The causes vary, there are in the form of non-sexually transmitted infections, and sexually transmitted infections. Some possibilities that you experience are:
Epididymitis Orchitis Varicocele. Note if you see dilated and winding scrotal blood vessels. Hydrocele. Testicular torsion. Cysts or tumors in the testes or scrotum. Prostatitis. You should consult with a doctor directly. The doctor must examine directly in order to determine the possibility of diagnosis. The doctor may also require additional examinations such as urethral fluid swabs, blood tests in the lab, or ultrasound. Try not to have sex or engage in sexual activity in any other form, before a definitive diagnosis is found. You must be aware of the possibility of sexually transmitted infections, if you have sexual intercourse. Avoid wearing underwear and pants that are too tight. Avoid driving too long.
Thus our brief review. Hope you are helped. Regards.
