Hi Anisa,

Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.

A positive testpack result in most cases indicates a pregnancy. However, you also need to know that the testpack results can be positive due to various other reasons, for example:

Ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy outside the uterus) Wine pregnancy (hydatidiform mole) Improper test pack procedure, for example immersing the test pack too long or reading the test pack result too slowly Contamination of urine by drugs or bacteria, etc. Therefore, further confirmation using ultrasound is needed by a gynecologist to determine whether it is true that you are pregnant or not. On ultrasound examination, the fetus will generally only appear when the pregnancy is over 8 weeks old. Therefore, it does not seem that the fetus in your womb may be a natural thing.

However, it may also not appear that the fetus in the womb indicates other conditions, for example:

Not pregnant Ectopic pregnancy Pregnant with grapes Pregnant empty (blighted ovum) For that, our advice, you first live a healthy lifestyle, starting from adequate rest, regular exercise, eat more vegetables and fruit, avoid stress, and maintain an ideal body weight . That way, if you are not pregnant, then your period can return to normal as usual.

However, if after taking the steps above, your period still doesn't come for more than 4 weeks after your examination to a gynecologist, you should check back with a gynecologist for further evaluation.

I hope this helps.
