A throat that feels like pressure that causes difficulty in breathing may be caused by an inflamed throat (pharyngitis), for example because:
Exposure to dry air Contact with allergens, such as cold, dust mites, certain foods or drugs Irritation, such as when consuming spicy, oily, and gassed food infections, such as viruses or bacteria, etc. In addition, complaints in your throat may be also arise due to other factors, such as stomach acid reflux into the throat, benign or malignant tumors around the throat, aspiration of foreign bodies, laryngitis, bronchitis, asthma, psychological disorders, the influence of drugs, poisoning, and so on.
Not yet certain what factors trigger your current condition if there is no direct examination by a doctor. Therefore, if your complaint feels very disturbing, you better check with your doctor or ENT doctor directly so it is clear what appropriate treatment is done to resolve your complaint.
In the meantime, relieve your complaints by resting a lot, drinking lots of warm water, eating foods that are easily digested and do not contain much gas, limit consumption of spicy and oily foods, don't smoke, don't worry or fear excessive, avoid contact with allergens and irritants And not to take drugs carelessly without advice from a doctor.
