Hello Caesar! Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.

Accidentally swallowing fish bones is a common thing. Fish bones are very small and can be swallowed easily. Because fish bones are often sharp, they can get trapped in the digestive tract. This might look scary, but actually the fish bones will generally come out on their own. Sharp fish bones may have a chance to scratch your throat even though it has come down and into the stomach to be removed through feces. These cuts make a wound on the area, so you feel pain. The wound will heal more and more, so the pain will decrease. If there are still fish bones, in general, fish bones will come down with the food you eat next. However, if the pain you feel persists for days, you should immediately see a doctor for further examination. See your doctor immediately if you are salivating more than usual, have swelling in your mouth, or can't swallow food or drinks.

That's all information from me. I hope this helps.

Regards.
