The Uterus Marks Are Clean After A Miscarriage?
I had a miscarriage on the 31st of March and then my pregnancy was 5 weeks hpht 19feb. Initially, you check the brown color in the morning, then in the afternoon there will be more and the color will be fresh red. Then I was ultrasound and no baby bags were detected, I was told to test and the results were negative. And the midwife doesn’t give me medicine or curette. After the second day a blood clot came out like menstruation but small not like a big clot when a miscarriage in general. Then it comes out like white sesame seeds. Is that the egg sac? Is my uterus clean? And after the drah stopped on hb but brown flakes came out, I drank turmeric acid. Mhon for his help
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
First of all I want to make sure in advance, whether you have indeed done a pregnancy examination and the results are positive? Basically, not all menstrual delays are caused by pregnancy so it needs to be ascertained in advance whether the bleeding that occurred on March 31 was due to miscarriage or indeed menstruation. In addition, postnatal pregnancy examinations also usually will not immediately turn negative, it can take several days to several weeks for the results of this pregnancy examination to turn negative.
If indeed you have done a pregnancy check before and the results are positive, in general a miscarriage at a very young gestational age (5-6 weeks) can clean itself without the need for drugs or curette. Even so, whether or not the uterus is clean certainly needs to be ensured by conducting an ultrasound examination. If indeed until now you are still experiencing continuous bleeding, until now you still feel pain in your lower abdomen, or foul smelling liquid from your vagina, immediately check with your obstetrician so that you can do further evaluation and management.
If you do not currently experience any of these symptoms or other disturbing symptoms, then you have nothing to worry about.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
