The Vagina Often Comes Out Of Yellow Mucus During 32 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
I want to ask .. I am pregnant with my first child and my pregnancy is 32 weeks but very often mucus is yellow like pus from miss V. Is that normal?
Hello Usmi, Thank you for the question.
Pregnant women normally experience an increase in the amount of vaginal mucus / vaginal discharge due to hormonal changes during pregnancy and increased blood flow to the vagina. Whitish is classified as normal if it has clear whitish, odorless, does not cause complaints of pain or itching. Leucorrhoea that changes color is a characteristic of vaginal discharge that is not normal. Abnormal vaginal discharge during pregnancy can be caused by infections in the vagina such as fungal infections, bacterial vaginosis, Streptococcus bacterial infections, or sexually transmitted infections. You should immediately check with your obstetrician for further examination. The doctor will ask again about your complaints then after the doctor knows the cause, the new doctor can provide appropriate treatment for you.
Please do the following suggestions:
avoid using tight pants
Use underwear that can absorb sweat easily
keep the genital area clean and dry
avoid using feminine cleansing soap
Hopefully this information is useful.
