The Vision Feels Farsighted, Twitching Face, Tingling Hands And Feet?
The vision in my eyes feels like farsightedness and the twitching on the face and body parts like hands and feet often feel pins and needles, why is this? Please enlighten me.
Good evening, thanks for the question
Muscles in several parts of the body that often experience twitching, or what is called muscle fasciculation, is an unconscious contraction of striated muscles. This condition in general is not dangerous and can disappear by itself. Some conditions that may be the cause of muscle twitching include:
1. Electrolyte disturbances
3. Physical fatigue
4. Muscle tension
5. Excessive exercise
Similar to the symptoms of tingling, generally mild and not dangerous if it does not occur in a long time. Tingling can be caused by stress, anxiety, cold weather, or disruption of blood flow. However, the above symptoms need to be watched out due to a serious condition if it has lasted long enough, does not subside, to be accompanied by sudden muscle weakness. If you experience such complaints should consult with a neurologist for further medical evaluation.
That's all, hope you can help.
