The White Circles On My Nails Disappeared?

Good evening, I want to ask why yes these white circles on my nails are getting lost as time goes by. Initially only 3 nails, a long time ago on all the nails the white circles disappeared. not a single white circle. how is that? thanks.
1 Answer:
Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. The white circle on the nail is medically called the lunula. Meanwhile, the place where the nails start to grow is called the matrix. This lunula is part of the matrix. For more details, please see the image below.
The absence of a lunula on your nails doesn't necessarily mean that something is wrong with you. Sometimes, the lunula is only visible on the thumb, or it may not be visible on any finger. What happened in this case was that the lunula was hidden under the skin.
Although the relationship is not clear so far, the absence of the lunula can also be associated with certain medical conditions, including:
Anemia or lack of blood. Lack of nutrition or malnutrition. Prolonged depression or sadness
Even so, what you need to know is that it is not the loss of the lunula that causes the conditions above, but the conditions above that are often associated with the loss of the lunula. So, if the loss of the lunula on your finger is accompanied by other symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, weakness, weight loss, lack of enthusiasm for life, then have your condition checked by a general practitioner. But if it's not there and purely only the lunula is missing, then that shouldn't be a problem.
Meanwhile, keep living a healthy lifestyle by staying away from cigarette smoke, staying away from stress, drinking lots of water and nutritious food, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and always thinking positively. We wish you and your family good health.
That's all, hope it helps.
