There Are Membranes On The Tonsils?

after I eat sushi, my throat feels like something is stuck. Like the rest of the food stuck to the walls of the mouth near the tonsils. I tried to swallow but my throat hurts when I swallow. When I tried to flash my tonsils, there was a membrane on the right side of my tonsils. The color is slightly yellowish. And when I swallow, it really hurts on the right side. Why is this?

The complaints you experience can be caused by several conditions such as:
Tonsillitis Sore throat and tonsils Diphtheria, and others
In the oral cavity, there are lymph nodes commonly called the tonsils or tonsils. Inflammation of the gland can cause swelling and pain. In addition to inflammation of the tonsils, usually other accompaniments are also obtained, such as sore throat. Diphtheria caused by the bacteria Corynebacterium diphtheriae can also cause the symptoms you are experiencing. The yellowish white color that you experience could be pus or pseudomembrane in diphtheria.
To distinguish what you are experiencing, doctors need direct examination and also extracting a more detailed history. without it, your situation cannot be determined. So it's a good idea to check with your doctor. Therapy will be given according to what you experience later.
What you can do in the meantime:
Avoid spicy food, ice, oily food Drink enough water at least 2L/day Get enough rest 6-8 hours/day
I hope this helps
