There Is 1 Job, If I Hear That Word, I’m Excited?
Hello, I want to ask. So there is one job that makes me stressed. The job is to make claims for delinquent customers. But every time I hear the word claim, my body is immediately weak, shaking, sweating, dizzy, frightened, I don’t want to do activities. I was also shaking because I said the word claim. What do you think that is? Thank you
Hello Lendy, Thank you for the question.
The human body has a response called fight-or-flight. This response is a response to stress both physical and psychological stress. This response sets you up whether you will survive and fight the stress (fight) or avoid it (flight). Body responses that can occur include palpitations, shortness of breath, rapid breathing, shaking, cold sweat, nausea, stomach pain, dizziness. These symptoms are a combination of hormonal and nervous system reactions. Your response (anxiety) is a normal response. However, this response can become abnormal if it is excessive and uncontrollable.
Please try to overcome this condition by sharing stories with the people closest to you. Try to control your anxiety by doing repeated breathing relaxation techniques, taking yoga classes, or meditating regularly. If this complaint is really bothering you, don't hesitate to consult a psychologist or psychiatrist.
I hope this helps.
