Hello Jihan22, thank you for asking with HealthReplies.com.
There is no air coming out in the right and left ears when exhaling because of the eardrum. If your eardrum ruptures or has tears it will make hearing loss / hearing loss, pain in the ear, discharge from the ear, and others. Usually this eardrum will rupture or have a hole if there is an infection in the ear (otitis media, otitis externa), trauma to the ear, high pressure / barotrauma, loud noise.
If you experience complaints such as pain in the ear, clear or red discharge from the ear, ear feels blocked, hearing loss, then you should do a doctor's examination. So that doctors can conduct examinations and provide appropriate therapy.
Here are some things you can do at home to keep the eardrum: avoid cleaning your ears too deep and be careful, avoid listening to sounds that are too loud, keeping your ears dry, avoid using sharp objects to clean your ears.
Thank you hope that helps ..
