These Past Few Weeks Have Never Sneezed
Good afternoon doc, I want to ask so a few weeks ago I had a sore throat / inflammation, my inflammation was cured, but why did my throat feel like something was up, but it didn’t hurt, and in a few weeks I also never sneezed “.. did Is this something unnatural, doc?
Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
Blocking and discomfort in the throat can be caused by a variety of factors, including:
Regarding your question regarding sneezing. Sneezing is the body's response to the environment that aims to remove dust or foreign particles that are inhaled into the upper respiratory tract in the body. Particles or foreign objects that are small in size will cause itching to stimulate the mucous membranes in the respiratory tract to sneeze or blow air out with the aim of pushing the particles out along with a blast of air. So that the response to sneezing is very dependent on environmental cleanliness or the presence or absence of germs that are inhaled in the respiratory tract, which will stimulate the sneezing response.
In the meantime what you can do include:
Drink lots of water
Avoid spicy foods, coconut milk, oil, sour
Avoid sugary foods and drinks, chocolate, sweets
Avoid caffeinated drinks such as KPI, tea and soda
Maintain personal hygiene and the environment
Sleep and rest enough
So much information from me, hopefully it helps
