Thigh Pain After Removing The Broken Bone?
I want this.. I had an accident in 2009 my right leg broke a bone and had surgery to put a cast on.. And in 2012 I had another operation to remove the cast. And thank God, now I can walk again and I don’t feel pain.. But starting yesterday, my thighs feel tired and sore.. Is it because I don’t take doctor’s medicines anymore. It’s been a long time I didn’t check again.. Is it okay to just drink milk, what’s the solution?
What you are experiencing can be caused by various possibilities such as:
Too tired Muscle cramps Injuries Pinched nerves Bone infections
The body has its own limitations in being used for activities. A body that is too tired can cause the pain you experience. Cramping in the thigh muscles can also be a trigger for the pain you experience. If there is an injury that you experience in the thigh, be it in the muscles, bones, tendons and others, it can also cause pain. A pinched nerve can also trigger pain where this pinched nerve can be from the spine or around the thigh. With a history of fractures and surgery, it is possible that the bone you are referring to has an infection, which can cause the pain you feel.
What you can do in the meantime:
Rest if the body is too tired Warm compresses on the painful part Drink water at least 2 L / day Rest 6 - 8 hours / day
If the complaint does not improve, it's a good idea to see a doctor. It takes a more complete history and examination directly on you. If it is needed, additional examinations such as x-rays can be carried out to see again whether the bone you are referring to has a problem or not. Later therapy will be adjusted to what you are experiencing.
I hope this helps.
