Throbbing Headaches, Blurred Vision And Palpitations Before Menstruation?
Hello, I’m 21 years old, I’m a college student. Every time I menstruate, my head aches, throbbing, “the effect is nausea, blurred vision, and palpitations,” blood pressure and oxygen in the blood are all normal. hot, dry mouth, bumps on the skin (itching, runny). Does the new disease also include menstrual symptoms or other illnesses, because I feel more tired than usual. R nMy eating patterns have not changed, I have no history of allergies, only indoor activities are denser. Thank you 🙏
Hello, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Reading your complaint, there are several possibilities that can cause complaints to arise:
Headache that follows the menstrual cycle Lack of blood (anemia) Menstruation that occurs along with other diseases Side effects of hormonal changes in the body and several other possibilities In general, normal menstruation does not cause complaints. We recommend that for your complaints, you consult a doctor, to be examined further about the cause. You may be asked to do some tests such as blood tests, or other tests to help determine the diagnosis of your condition. You may also be consulted with a specialist if necessary for the sake of proper diagnosis and therapy.
Some things you can do when complaints occur at home:
Adequate rest when you are menstruating Don't do strenuous activities when menstruating Eating adequate, nutritious, and not too late If complaints of headaches and body heat are felt to be quite disturbing, can be helped by taking paracetamol medication according to the dosage on the package to reduce Hopefully it helps .
