1 Answer:

Hello Zaenall,

Tilt training is an exercise that can help determine the causes of vasovagal syncope and reduce it, of course, balanced with the adoption of a healthy lifestyle.

Vasovagal syncope is a condition when the body cannot maintain adequate blood flow to the brain. This is due to dilation of blood vessels and a slowed heart rate. This condition can then cause a person to complain of dizziness to fainting.

Tilt training is done by sleeping on a 70-degree tilted table for a few minutes while being observed by a doctor. Furthermore, patients are advised to perform tilt training by standing against a straight wall for 30 minutes. Tilt training is carried out several times a week according to the instructions of the treating doctor. And if there are complaints that aggravate during tilt training, you should stop first and report complaints to the treating doctor.
