I want to ask, if you need to consume Folic Acid, you have to be able to drink it early in the morning, if you want to sleep, then how to drink it after you eat it, or stop drinking for a few hours.

Folic acid can be taken anytime, where absorption or action of folic acid will not be affected when drinking. If you experience nausea after drinking folic acid in the morning, changing it to nighttime is not a problem. Basically this supplement is accumulative, so it is recommended to be taken regularly every day. Women who plan to become pregnant are advised to consume 400-800 micrograms per day to support fetal nerve growth (which occurs very early, ie in the first 28 days of pregnancy). Folic acid can be consumed with or without food. If you choose to drink it after meals, you can be given 1-2 hours apart after meals.
