Hello! Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com
The tingling that you experience can be caused by the following conditions:
Pinch on nerves
Lack of nutrients that maintain nerve health
Disorders of the brain (strokes, brain tumors, etc.)
A mild stroke, or what is called a TIA is a condition of brain cells that lack oxygen while causing symptoms of nerve disorders. TIA generally only lasts <24 hours.
Fibromyalgia is characterized by pain in almost the entire body, and is rarely accompanied by tingling.
If your complaint has not improved, you should control back to the doctor who examined you before, so that further tests can be done to evaluate your condition.
As for what you should do is:
Eat lots of foods that contain B vitamins, especially vitamins B6, B12 to maintain nerve health, such as rice, eggs, most fruits, vegetables
Limit strenuous activities, such as often lifting heavy loads on the area of the complained hand
Overcome stress well
That's all the explanation from me, hopefully it helps and useful :)
