Tingling In The Feet?

I want to ask. I’m a 20 year old male. My question is, why have my legs been tingling for a week? I’ve been taking neurobion for two days, but it hasn’t healed yet. And the only symptom is tingling, no other symptoms. Even though before there was a tingling sensation, I did physical exercise every day. That’s all my question. Thanks

Hello
Tingling can be caused by several possibilities such as:
Nervous disorders Nutritional deficiencies Chronic diseases such as diabetes, autoimmune and others Lack of blood flow, and others
Disorders of nerves such as pinched nerves, self-immune attacks, infections and others can cause a tingling feeling. Lack of nutrition for the nerves can also cause damage to the nerves that can cause tingling. Chronic diseases such as diabetes also have one of the complications such as tingling. Impaired blood flow that supplies nutrients can also cause tingling.
It's a good idea to see a doctor if your complaints don't go away. The doctor will dig further into your history and also perform a direct examination. Without it, your condition cannot be determined. It could be that the doctor will suggest additional tests such as blood, and others if necessary. Therapy will be adjusted according to the doctor's findings later.
What you can do in the meantime:
Eat a balanced diet Drink at least 2L of water/day Get enough rest 6-8 hours/day Avoid smoking Eat more vegetables and fruit
I hope this helps
