Hi Dakraa,

Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.

Tiredness, fatigue, chest discomfort, and dizziness often indicate inadequate supply of oxygen and nutrients to the brain. This condition can occur due to several factors, including:

Anemia (low blood hemoglobin) Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) Hypotension (low blood pressure) Dehydration (lack of fluids) Impaired heart function, etc. Also, your complaints arise due to other causes, such as viral or bacterial infections, stress, fatigue , hormonal changes (such as during early pregnancy), vertigo, diabetes, metabolic disorders, fluid and electrolyte balance disorders, Parkinson's disease, and so on.

Need to be clear, what "fluctuation of blood" do you mean? What is blood pressure? Is it a pulse? What is hemoglobin? Or something else? The 90 and 100 numbers that you mention will be meaningless if they are not presented in clear units and complete descriptions regarding what examinations were carried out.

Our advice is that you check your complaints directly to a doctor or an internal medicine specialist. Usually, with a thorough clinical evaluation, or accompanied by blood tests, X-rays, heart records, and other supporting tests, the doctor can identify the cause of your complaint, including how best to treat it. Avoid any drug consumption if it is not prescribed by a doctor (except over-the-counter drugs).

You can do the following tips first to help overcome your complaint:

Exercise more diligently 3 to 4 times a week, for example jogging, cycling, aerobic exercise No excessive stress Get used to sleep more regularly, don't stay up late Eat and drink with more discipline, make sure the food you consume contains balanced nutritional value. Don't consume alcohol or smoke Don't consume drugs Calm your mind, multiply relaxation Hope it helps ya ..
