Treatment For People With Social Phobias?
Hello, I am either a social phobia or not, but I have never communicated with neighbors and close friends near home. For some reason, it feels awkward to start communicating with them. But unlike on campus, I am a cheerful person and make friends with everyone. What’s wrong with me? I keep thinking about this every time I see a neighbor gathering but I just stay at home. What should I do?

Social phobia is a form of anxiety disorder where this anxiety only arises in certain situations that require sufferers to interact with others because of the feeling of excessive fear of other people's assessment of him. Situations that generally trigger this disorder are:

Talk / interact with strangers
When you just enter work or school
Enter a room full of people
Present at a certain event that many people
