Treatment For Shingles That Has Not Healed For 3 Years?
I have been suffering from shingles for three years, it hasn’t healed but it actually spreads a lot of the whole body. Are there any traditional ingredients that I can use? Thank you
Hello. Thank you for the question on HealthReplies.com.
Herpes zooster is a varicella virus infection that can cause symptoms to the nerves and skin. Varicella virus that enters the body for the first time will cause chickenpox, and after that the virus will be as if "sleeping" in the body, and can recur at any time as herpes zooster disease when the immune system sufferers are down. This shingles condition can appear recurrences.
Symptoms that appear are plenting filled with water, in groups, according to the area of nerve propagation. Sharp pain will be felt in the area, and this pain can usually last up to several months even though the plenting has disappeared (post herpetic neuralgia)
In your condition, do you experience symptoms of herpes continuously for three years? Or relapse? When relapses, as previously stated, shingles can indeed experience a recurrence, and this may be due to your immune system being down. The immune system can be down due to lack of nutrition, fatigue, stress, lack of sleep, or the influence of certain diseases (infections, malignancies, blood disorders, etc.)
If you have ever checked it before, my advice is to check your illness back to the doctor who examined it so that it can be further evaluated and ascertain whether it is true that your complaints have been caused by shingles, or maybe other complaints that resemble such as fungal infections of the skin, bacterial infections , allergies, etc. So that the treatment given can be appropriate.
Some things you can do to improve the body's immune system so that it helps cure your condition are:
Consumption of food according to nutritional needs Consumption of enough water is 2 liters per day Avoid staying up late, sleep 7-8 hours a day Overcome stress well
Also keep skin clean, avoid breaking plenting and washing hands before touching the area of infection.
That's all the explanation from me. May be useful
