Treatment For White Tongue And Sore Throat.?
I want to ask, my tongue is white and my throat feels uncomfortable a bit hot, and this has been going on for years, what does it hurt, and what is the cure?
Hello Abdillah Rizky,
On the surface of the tongue there are taste-taste cells called papillae. A white tongue condition can be caused by a buildup of food debris, bacteria, fungi or dead cells.
Here are some disease conditions that make the tongue turn white:
oral candidiasis, which is a fungal infection of Candida albicans which causes the tongue to become hot and painful. This condition is often found in infants, or adults who have a weak immune system, leukoplakia, a condition of the white tongue caused by a buildup of cells and keratin proteins in the mouth. Sufferers are usually heavy smokers, or often consume alcoholic beverages. oral lichen planus, which is a long-term disorder of the immune system that causes the tongue and oral cavity to have white patches. As for complaints of throat that feels uncomfortable can be closely related to complaints of your tongue, but it could also be two different diseases and not related at all. an uncomfortable throat can be caused by irritation either due to food factors, exposure to germs or viruses and excessive use of the vocal cords.
We strongly recommend that you see a doctor. so the doctor can ascertain the cause of your complaint and provide appropriate treatment.
for now you should regularly brush your teeth while cleaning your tongue, avoid smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages.
so hopefully useful
