Hello Yazid, Thank you for the question.
Pleural effusion is a buildup of fluid in the pleural cavity that can be caused by various health conditions one of which is tuberculosis (TB). TB is an infection caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis which can attack the lungs (pulmonary TB) or organs outside the lungs (extra-pulmonary TB). People with pulmonary TB will experience symptoms of coughing up phlegm for 3 weeks or more, shortness of breath, chest pain, fever, excessive sweating at night, decreased appetite, weight loss, and fatigue. Patients who have been declared TB will be treated with antituberculosis drugs (OAT) which is a combination of several antibiotics namely isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazynamide, ethambutol, and streptomycin. OAT will be given for 6-9 months according to the patient's condition. The patient's condition will gradually improve and no longer be transmitted after consuming OAT for 2 weeks. Insomnia can occur to anyone and one of the causes is an infection in the body and side effects of the drug. Please also do the following suggestions to overcome insomnia:
create a supportive bedroom atmosphere
avoid using the bedroom for other activities such as watching TV or reading books
Avoid consuming caffeinated beverages
manage stress well
If you don't experience any improvement in your symptoms, please go back to see a lung specialist who treats you. Tell your doctor about complaints of insomnia that you experience. After examining you, the doctor will provide treatment that is appropriate for you. Please continue to consume OAT according to doctor's recommendations without interruption.
Regarding the consumption of silver water, you may only consume it. However, you need to know that there are no studies that ensure that silver water has certain health benefits.
Hopefully this information is useful.
