Hello Dindadiba, Thank you for the question.
To know the condition of your wound with certainty, you are strongly encouraged to consult with your doctor further because what you describe is not necessarily the same as what others think. The existence of a wound on the skin triggers an inflammatory reaction and you can see the appearance of serous fluid in the wound as part of this inflammatory reaction. This condition normally occurs in wounds.
Wound management depends on the severity of the wound. If you only have small blisters, you can still do the treatment independently at home. You can do the following suggestions:
clean the wound with clean water or with intravenous fluids (normal saline) especially from dirt You do not need to clean the wound with antiseptic or betadine liquid because it can cause irritation to the wound dry the wound with clean gauze after cleaning the wound applying antibiotic ointment over the wound closing the wound with a bandage clean to avoid bacteria, but if the size of the wound is very small then the wound does not need to be closed Cleaning this wound should be done regularly for example 1-2 days. After the bandage is closed, it is recommended that you keep the wound dry and clean. In addition, it is recommended that you monitor for signs of infection in your wound every time you change a bandage. If the wound becomes more painful, the surrounding skin becomes redder, swollen, pus appears, or you have a fever, you should immediately consult a doctor for further examination and treatment. Do not hesitate to consult a doctor if you are still unsure about how to care for a good wound. Good wound care you need to do to prevent infection and ensure that wound healing goes well.
I hope this helps.
