Hello Tarra, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Reading your complaints that have been felt for a long time, it is highly recommended that you seek further treatment to the doctor to look for possible causes of your complaint such as:
The doctor may suggest you to do some tests such as chest x-rays, blood tests, or other tests according to your condition to find out what is the underlying cause of your complaint.
For now, you are still allowed to try to take over-the-counter cold medicines as long as they are used according to the rules of use listed on the packaging. It is not recommended to take any antibiotic drug without clear doctor's advice.
It is also recommended to avoid consumption of fried foods, hard and dry foods (crackers / chips), foods or drinks that contain ice for a while to help reduce complaints. Also increase consumption of water, vegetables and fruits to help speed up recovery. If you feel that using certain vitamins helps, you are allowed to use it as long as its use is still recommended by the package.
Also make sure you get adequate rest every day, avoid stress (especially excessive) and pay attention to whether there are certain things that appear to trigger or aggravate your complaints. If there is, avoid it.
I hope this helps.
