Unclear Mood And Depression?
Good night I am the person I don’t know how to know or happy to jump up and down but immediately become a bad mood to talk, shut up, stay away from people and it happens in an instant then like to be sensitive to what people say. try meditation sports etc., then I often stay quiet daydreaming in the bedroom or crying. want to express fear instead burdensome family and because of the often unclear mood so my friends are few and automatically I have no place to complain so I complain with cats That’s my complaint that’s all
Hello Fareza, thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Let me introduce myself, Dr. Rio will try to answer your question.
Based on the complaint you mentioned, you might have a mental disorder. Mental disorder itself does not mean you are a crazy person, but there is mental instability that causes emotional changes, moods, or daily behavior, and cause discomfort / disturbing.
Some mental disorders that can occur to you are:
Bipolar disorder. Depression. You need to be careful of some of the abnormalities above because it might be harmful to you if not handled properly. Complaints are said to be severe if, there are already thoughts of suicide / self-injury.
Some of the factors that can cause some of the above disorders are severe and insistent stressors, a less supportive environment, genetic / family history of mental disorders, alcohol and drug use, and have experienced traumatic behavior.
Handling that you do independently is good by doing positive activities, or meditating. But when the mental disorder is severe, it will not help much, you need help from a psychiatrist to accompany your treatment. Immediately consult directly with a psychiatrist, remember you can still distinguish something wrong with yourself at this time. Not getting good treatment can cause more severe mental disorders.
At the moment what you can do besides consulting directly is:
Share the suffering with people you trust, do not carry the burden alone, parents, siblings, or friends can certainly help ease your burden. Ask someone for help during the treatment period with a psychiatrist. Avoid cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs because it will worsen your complaints. Get enough rest, sleep 7-8 hours per day. Eat regularly and drink 2 L of water per day. Live treatment with determination to recover. That is all my answer, hopefully it helps you.
Thank you very much :)
