Hello Indri, thank you for consulting us on HealthReplies.com.
Basically, fever occurs due to an immune system reaction when fighting an infection that can be due to infection due to bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites. Some diseases that often cause fever are colds, strep throat or urinary tract infections. However, apart from illness, there are several conditions that cause fever such as exposure to weather, excessive heat, due to the menstrual cycle, or side effects of certain medications.
Usually a fever caused by a disease will be accompanied by other symptoms, such as:
loss of appetite
Because the causes of fever are very diverse, it is difficult to determine if only online consultations are like now. So we recommend that you consult directly with your doctor so that you are examined carefully. If your fever has been more than 3 days then it is likely to be done additional tests such as blood tests or urine tests. While you can do at home to ease the pain symptoms you experience, then you can do things, such as:
Consumption of enough water at least 2L per day
consumption of healthy foods such as non-greasy and multiply fruit vegetables.
Use comfortable clothes with materials that are not too thick and condition your room to keep cool
make sure the condition of your home is clean from dirt so that germs do not gather and cause disease
So that we can convey, hopefully useful.
