What do you think of the medicine? Please help.
Hello Ali, thank you for your question to HealthReplies.com
Throbbing headaches can be caused by many possibilities, here are a few of them:
Migraine headache Occipital neuralgia, which is a headache due to interference with the occipital nerve Temporal arteritis, which is a headache due to inflammation of the blood vessels in the temporal Low blood pressure due to position (orthostatic hypotension) Effects of stopping caffeine headache after alcohol consumption Allergic reaction Aneurysm brain Disorders of blood vessels in the brain (AVM) The most common cause of throbbing headaches is migraine. In migraine headache pulsing can occur on one side of the head, it can also occur on both sides of the head. Symptoms of headache are also usually accompanied by other symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound (getting sick when seeing bright lights or hearing loud sounds), dizziness, blurred vision.
To be able to know more clearly the cause of your headache, you need more complete clinical information and physical examination. You should check with your neurologist for further evaluation and management.
As a first aid kit to deal with your headaches, here are some things you can do:
consumption of pain relievers such as paracetamol to help cope with pain caffeine consumption can also sometimes help relieve headaches in some people (pay attention not to consume too much) sleep and get enough rest each day (sleep at least 7-9 hours a day) drink in sufficient quantities each the day (at least 2-3 liters a day) eat in sufficient quantities, you should set your meal time, eat less in frequency more often reduce stress
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
