Hi Ade, Thank you for the question.
Apart from symptoms of abdominal pain, have you experienced any other symptoms? The causes of upper left abdominal pain are very diverse and to find out it requires direct examination by a doctor. Upper left abdominal pain can be caused by:
stomach ulcers, stomach acid disease, stomach ulcers due to other causes such as side effects of consuming spicy and oily foods, side effects of soft drinks, alcoholic and caffeinated drinks, side effects of drugs, bacterial infection Helicobacter pylori pancreatitis irritable bowel syndrome Please take the following suggestions:
eat regularly avoid eating large portions, you should eat in small portions but more often avoid spicy and greasy foods avoid consuming caffeinated and fizzy drinks avoid lying down after eating If this complaint recurs, does not improve, or even gets worse, please get checked out immediately yourself to the doctor. Apart from needing to conduct an interview with you, the doctor also needs to examine you to find the cause. From the doctor's examination, the new doctor can determine the right treatment for you.
Hope this information helps.
