Use Of The Knee Deck When Sleeping At Night?
I want to ask, I’m the same doctor recommended to use deker. But I forgot not to ask about this. Now what I want to ask. Can I not let go of the night’s sleep? My alesan was not released because in my ankle there was a pretty wide wound and it wasn’t dry yet. Please take direction. Previously, thank you 🙏
Good morning, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. The knee deck is one of the tools that in the medical world functions as immobilization, or prevents certain body parts from moving as a recovery step. There are various types, types, brands of knee decks, which are intended for each type of different disease.
That way, there are some manufacturers that design knee deckers only for daytime use, some are designed to be used all day, and some are designed to be used all day but are loosened when going to sleep to avoid any blood vessels being compressed.
This again is inseparable from the type of decker knee and the possibility of someone to move erratically when sleeping. If getting close to the knee can provide good support even if the legs move and do not make it more painful, then no problem because there are some who advise not to let it go.
So it would be better if you ask your doctor directly, because he knows the type of decker used, the type of injury and the amount of damage you are experiencing. We who do not know all that can only guess, which is feared can actually harm you yourself. But in the meantime, it doesn't matter if you keep using it during sleep, by propping your feet, maybe by rolling on the left and right sides of the foot to reduce the movement of the legs while sleeping. So, hopefully answering your question.
