Hello doctor..I am pregnant 23 weeks..t my first trimester of consuming DHF osfit from my obstetrician..including the second trimester I consumed folamil genio until now … when I was 3 months pregnant I also checked into a puskesmas packed with folic acid and calcium up to at this time .. according to the doctor some vitamins are enough for me or less or excessive? thanks before ..
