Many men are tempted to have an athletic body because it can support pregnancy. This is okay to do, not only for cosmetics, but also as an effort to maintain health and fitness.


If you are under 20 years of age, you should first undo your intention to increase muscle mass. This is because, at this age, you still need a lot of energy to support your height growth.
