Weight Does Not Go Down Even Though It Is Diet And Exercise?
I have been on diet, exercise and yoga for almost 6 months, but why hasn’t my weight gone down “and it remains the same? Please explain?
Thank you for the question.
Need to be clarified, what is your exact weight and height? Besides yoga, what kind of exercise do you usually do? How long is your exercise duration? How many times a week does it do it?
Losing weight ideally isn't only done by exercising. So that the results are more optimal, you need to also balance it with a good diet, wise stress control, adequate rest, and a healthier lifestyle. Sports alone, not just sports. To be able to lose weight, you need to re-evaluate how often you exercise, how strong the intensity is, how long it is duration, and what type of exercise. In addition, several types of diseases are also known to make a person more difficult to lose weight, such as hypothyroidism, metabolic disorders, and so on.
Unfortunately, you do not clarify exactly what your current condition is. Therefore, it is also difficult for us to determine what the best way to handle it. We recommend that for optimal weight loss, you try the following steps:
Exercise every day, at least 30 minutes per session, especially sports to burn calories, such as lifting weights, cardio, cycling, swimming Drinking water and eating more fruits and vegetables Don't get used to eating junk food and instant foods Eat small portions but regularly Eat regular sleep, don't stay up late In between meals, consume healthy snacks, for example juice or cut fruit Do not smoke Not also carelessly take medicine If in 1-3 months your weight does not also go down as expected, you should consult further with a nutritionist to find a best handling advice.
I hope this helps.
