I lose weight steadily, if I think it might be due to my drastic decrease in appetite and maybe a thought factor. So, to overcome this, is there any suggestion for me to increase my appetite, and my body weight to go up and down again. I am losing weight gradually but steadily, please advise. A little info, I have a problem with stomach acid and my weight loss as well as my appetite, I experienced it after I had an accident 1 year ago. Does it have something to do with it or not?
