What Allergy Really Is?
I want to ask .. n my skin itchy spots appear and the spots come out the water feels very itchy but the itching appears when the weather is cold .. is it a cold allergy or not .. thanks
Hello Mrs. Ameliya! Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.
Allergies are the body's overreaction to exposure to allergens. People who have allergies will be more sensitive when it is cold or hot. However, the allergen or substance that causes allergies is not the cold itself. The most common and difficult to detect allergens are house dust mites. House dust mites are commonly found among dusty items. To avoid dust and trigger allergic reactions, you should avoid using items that can store dust, such as carpets, wool blankets, or dolls. You should wash these items in warm water (> 60 ° C) and store them in plastic when not in use. Sheets and pillowcases should also be changed weekly and washed in warm water. Mother's house should be mopped every day. Mothers may use a mask if they want to sweep the house or wipe down things at home. Avoid using a duster as it doesn't really remove dust and just spreads the dust. Open windows and doors every day so that air circulation is always good. Wear warm clothes in cold weather.
Apart from allergies, another possible cause of water-filled rashes is contact dermatitis or an infectious disease of the skin. This possibility still cannot be ruled out without direct examination. You should come to a dermatologist for further consultation and get the appropriate therapy.
That's my explanation. I hope this helps.
